The production process for this Jasmine Pearl began in April when downy buds are picked, dampened, and rolled by hand. Buds were then left to dry until the jasmine was picked in August. Finally, fresh flowers are placed between layers of pearls in order for the tea to absorb the scents. This process was repeated several times bring this tea to its current state.
